WHAT I EAT - It's Vegan


Breakfast:

  • Bars: Cliff bars, Luna bars, etc

  • Instant coffee

Lunch:

  • Snacks: Dried fruit, vegan jerky, peanut butter and tortillas, olives, nuts, trail mix, candy (Oreos, Sour Patch Kids, Swedish Fish, Nutter Butters), Fritos, peanut butter pretzels, caramel peanut butter popcorn from Trader Joe's, etc.

Dinner:

  • Burritos: dehydrated refried beans, hot sauce, tortilla. Optional: Avo, pre-cooked rice (heavy), TVP seasoned with taco seasoning, or sub for a beans and rice backpacking meal.

  • Top Ramen

  • Top Ramen Pad Thai: Top Ramen, sriracha, peanut butter, soy sauce, crushed peanuts.

  • Dehydrated soups or chili: from grocery store bulk bins

  • Vegan mac & cheese: Upton's (heavy) or brands below

  • Backpacking Meals: Outdoor Herbivore, Good to Go, Firepot, etc
